Refunds and Returns

Merchandise

Everything in the FROM WITHIN marketplace is made to order. Nothing is printed until you buy it. That keeps waste down and means each item is made specifically for you. It also means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or a change of mind.

Please check the sizing information on each product before you order, because we are not able to exchange for fit.

Orders take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, since items are made after you place them.

If something arrives damaged

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@heart-strong.org with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will make it right.

Donations

Donations to Heart-Strong are non-refundable. Gifts go to work as soon as they arrive.

If you believe a donation was made in error, such as a duplicate charge or an amount you did not intend, contact us at hello@heart-strong.org and we will look into it.

Monthly and annual donations can be cancelled at any time. Use the link in your Stripe receipt, or write to us and we will cancel it for you.
